At Lumera Heart Project, our Lumera Leaders are the heart of what we do. They create the warmth, hold the space, and make sure every caregiver who walks through our virtual door feels genuinely seen, not just welcomed, but understood.

A few things to know before you begin: Leading a Lumera Table Talk is a volunteer role. Leaders are asked to facilitate at least one gathering per month. We provide training, ongoing support, and a community of fellow leaders who have your back. Applicants who move forward will be invited to a relaxed, informal conversation with our team—no pressure, just connection.
